My Pancake Tuesday Fluffy Pancakes with Nutella filling 🥞

  1. Step 1

    Add Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir all together

  2. Step 2

    Next add the milk and vanilla,a little of the butter and the 2 eggs and whisk all together until smooth.

    Now make a well in the middle of the flour mix and pour in the milk mix slowly stirring it until mixed but leave a few small lumps not all too smooth thickish batter is needed, Add to a jug

  4. Step 4

    Using a non stick frying pan just grease with a little butter heat up then add the batter mix to a cup size so the pancakes come out the same size.

  5. Step 5

    Add the cup of batter mix on high heat but turn down to low leave until the bubbles start appearing and some in the middle then it’s safe to turn over. About 1- 2 minutes each side on low heat, it’s best not to cook them on high all the way. High heat at first then turn down low it’s worth the extra time

  6. Step 6

    After they are done and browned add to a serving plate spread chocolate, syrup, Nutella or fruit, or just sugar and lemon filling on the top of one pancake then add another pancake on top repeat this for each person your cooking them for. (I used Nutella on the kids)

  7. Step 7

    You can just add them to the plate open with filling in top. Or add filling and roll them up into long rolls.

  8. Step 8

    Serve and Enjoy. I also cut them up into triangles
