MUST TRY: CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM CAKE

If you like ice cream combined with chocolate (and who doesn’t), try this recipe!

Ingredients:

– 1 ½ cups of wheat flour
– 1 cup of sugar
– ¼ cup of cocoa
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– 1 cup of water
– 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla
– 1 cup of chocolate sauce
– 1 ½ liters (6 cups) of vanilla ice cream
And more:
– Pieces of milk balls

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 350 C. Coat the baking mold with margarine – sides and bottom and flour it.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt in a bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla and mix everything well until the ingredients are combined.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 30-35 minutes. Check if it is baked by piercing the cake with a toothpick – if there are no dough residues on the toothpick, it means that the cake is baked.
Leave the cake to cool for about 1 hour.
