Muffins With Blueberries

3/4 cup of blueberries
All ingredients for muffins should be at room temperature. Sift the flour together with the baking powder into a bowl. Mix the soft butter with sugar unti

l the so-called fluff for approx. 3 minutes. Then add the egg, yolk and salt and mix until combined. In several batches, add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk, mixing until combined. Finish adding the ingredients by adding the dry ingredients. Finally, combine the dough with the berries. Line the muffin tin with muffin cups and fill them almost to the top. Bake at 180 C for approx. 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.
