MORNING DEW: Fantastic cake


– 200 g of margarine
– 1 cup of sugar (250 ml cup)
– 3 eggs + egg white remaining from the balls
– 2 cups of flour
– 250 ml of sour cream
– 5 tablespoons of milk
– 2 tablespoons of cocoa (for the second half)
– 1 bag of baking powder

For the balls:

– 200 g of fresh cheese
– 4 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 bag of vanilla sugar
– 7-8 tablespoons of coconut flour

For the cream:

– 350 ml. milk
– 150 g of sugar
– 3 tablespoons of soft flour
– 1 bag of vanilla sugar
– 100 g of margarine (it is added when the cream cools down)


First make balls, the dough must be hard enough to make balls the size of coconut balls. Put the balls on a tray and put them in the freezer for half an hour.

Then mix soft margarine with sugar, add eggs and egg whites, sour cream, add baking powder on top of the cream and mix it a little into the cream. Then add milk, mix and slowly add flour. Mix well.

Pour half the dough into a greased mold and add 2 tablespoons of dark cocoa to the other half. Mix until well combined and pour the dark part over the light part and level it nicely with a spoon.
