MOM’S WAFERS WITH GRIZA: A simple cake that couldn’t be simpler!

Preparation

Boil milk, sugar and cooking chocolate in a saucepan. Cook until the chocolate and sugar are completely melted.
Add the semolina to the hot milk mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Be careful not to burn!
When the mixture thickens, remove it from the stove and let it cool down a bit.
While the semolina mixture is still warm, add the diced margarine and mix well until the margarine is completely melted and combined with the mixture.
Allow the mixture to cool enough to be lukewarm to the touch.
After the mixture has cooled, divide it into 4 equal parts.
Put one part of the mixture on the pink side of the wafer, then cover it with another wafer so that it is like a sandwich. Repeat this step until you have used up all the filling.
After you have filled all the wafers, press them well so that the filling is evenly distributed.
Place something heavy on top of the wafer (eg another container with something heavy in it) and leave it overnight, or at least for a few hours, so that the wafers set well and all the ingredients are combined.
The next day, you can cut the wafers into pieces and serve them. Enjoy this delicious.
