Mole cake from the sheet a cup recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 pack baking powder
1 pack vanilla sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
2 eggs

 

For the cream:
300 ml milk
1 pack pudding powder with banana flavor
4 tbsp sugar
500 ml whipped cream
1 pack of cream stiffener
100 g dark chocolate
Bananas

PREPARATION

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and stir into a smooth dough.
Line a 38×25 cm baking tray with baking paper. Place the dough on top and bake in a preheated oven over medium heat. Then let it cool down.
Hollow out the cooled, baked dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, leaving an edge approx. 1 cm wide. Cover the cake with bananas cut in half lengthways, spread with the cream (see point 4) and sprinkle with the hollowed out dough crumbs. Leave to solidify in the fridge overnight.
