Mochi Donuts Recipe

Ingredients
For the Mochi Donuts

1 ¼ cups Mochiko (glutinous sweet rice flour)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter (room temperature, make sure the butter is softened before adding to the mixture)
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon hot water
vegetable oil for frying the donuts
