Mini soft apple pies, baking is fun!

Take the dough out of the fridge. Cut into two pieces. Roll out one half of the dough into a rectangle measuring 15 x 30 cm and at least 6 mm thick.
Spread the filling in the middle of the rectangular layer in the middle area. Now wrap the layer, first using one hand on the filling, then the other hand. It was a long role.

Then cut into small rolls of approx. 6 cm.
In the same way, cook quick buns with apples from the second half of the dough.
To lubricate, shake the egg with a fork and lubricate the rollers.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place the buns on a baking sheet, oiled. Bake for about twenty-five minutes until they are a nice golden color.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
