Required ingredients:

Required ingredients for 18 pieces:
Basis:
-300 g of ground biscuits
-50 g of ground pistachios
-60 g of powdered sugar
-1 bag of Dr. Oetker Vanilla sugar
– 100 g melted butter
– 130 ml squeezed orange juice
Cheese and pistachio cream:
-500 g Mascarpone cheese
-200 g Cream cheese
-80 g sugar
-3 eggs (M size)
-½ lime juice
-200 g pistachio cream (sweetened)
-25 g Dr. Oetker original density
Strawberry jelly:
-350 g strawberries (peeled)
-60 g sugar
-1 bag Dr. Oetker cake topping with
strawberry flavor
Still needed:
-50 g of ground green pistachios
Making of:
For the base, combine all the ingredients and knead a compact mixture by hand (the amount of juice depends on the type of biscuit you use, so add it gradually).
