Mince and Greens Molded Pie – The best appetizer pie this year

preparation:

We start by preparing the filling: sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil, then add the minced meat and spices. Mix well and fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley, green onion and dill, then add the greens to the meat mixture and mix well.
Set aside until we prepare the dough.
Mix the salt, sugar and eggs with a whisk, then add the cream and milk.
Mix again, then sift the flour previously mixed with baking powder.
Mix once more, then pour half of the dough into a square tray lined with baking paper.

Spread the meat filling evenly over the dough, then pour the remaining dough over the meat and spread evenly.

We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and bake the pie for around 40 minutes, it depends on the oven.
When it’s ready, let the pie cool a bit in the pan, then take it out and serve.
