Milka cake, this is how the addiction begins!

For 2 cookies:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons pure cocoa
4 tablespoons lukewarm water

For the cream:
670 ml milk
70 g cornstarch
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
80g white chocolate (of good quality, so that it melts well)
160g butter
100g powdered sugar

For the chocolate coating:
140g milk chocolate (I used Milka)
3 tablespoons milk
100g butter

For the cookies:

1. Mix the eggs with the sugar well. Sift the flour with the cocoa and baking powder, then add it to the egg mixture and mix everything carefully with a spoon.

2. Finally add the water and mix again. Divide the dough in half and pour into two 20 cm diameter molds lined with baking paper. If you don’t have 2 pans, bake one first and then another.

3. Place in the preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 15 minutes.
