Milk cuts

Milk cream:
Insert the mixer attachment and add the ice-cold cream. beat without time indication/level 3.5 until stiff. After about 10 seconds, add vanilla sugar and cream stiffener.

Remove the mixing attachment and transfer
Add the mascarpone to the mixing bowl and mix until creamy for 20 seconds/speed 4. Add honey and mix for 20 seconds/speed 4.
Add cream. Fold in for 8 seconds/speed 3.
Cut the biscuits in half and fill them with the milk cream. Let it sit in the fridge for about 2 hours
