Melts in your mouth – world’s best chocolate cake with vanilla pudding

Ingredients

For the dough:
1 cup milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
350 g sugar
4 pcs eggs

3 tbsp cocoa or chocolate
3 cups flour
2 and 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the filling:
2 packs of vanilla flavored pudding powder
850 ml milk

For the icing:
250 g chocolate
250 ml whipped cream

preparation

First, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until foamy and alternately stir in the flour, cocoa and oil mixed with baking powder in portions. Now place the dough on a greased and floured 22 x 32 cm baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven Bake at 170°C until golden brown. Now turn out the baked dough and make holes with the handle of a wooden spoon and let it cool.
