Martyrs in 2 colors – Soft and fluffy, very delicious – Vanilla and chocolate saints

preparation:

We mix the yeast with the sugar and a little warm milk, leave for a few minutes, then add the eggs, sugar, flavors.
Put the flour in the bowl of the robot, then the liquid and knead. Add the butter towards the end, knead for a few more minutes, then transfer the dough to a board.
Divide into two: put the white part in a bowl and let it rise; in the brown one we add the cocoa and knead, after which we leave it to rise.
After it has risen, divide the dough into pieces, spread white and brown strips, braid and give the shape of a martyr.

Put in the tray and let rise for 10 minutes, brush with egg and bake for 25-30 minutes at 170 degrees. Brush with honey and sprinkle with lightly browned almond flakes.
