Marbled sponge cake

Ingredients

220 g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
4 eggs
150 g margarine
300 g flour

 

1 pack of baking powder
1 cup of sour cream or natural yoghurt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Fat for the mold
Breadcrumbs for the mold

Preparation

the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and margarine with the mixer until fluffy.
Then add flour, baking powder and sour cream or natural yogurt.
Pour half of the dough into a greased loaf pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
