Lightning-fast cheese bread from the pan recipe

Ingredients:

80 g butter, melted
1.5 kg wheat flour
some water, lukewarm
500 ml yogurt, room temperature
60 g yeast, fresh
4 tbsp oil
5 m.-sized eggs
500 g sheep cheese
500 g quark
300g mozzarella
oil, for frying
Butter, for brushing
Flour, for processing

Preparation:

First put the flour in a bowl, dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water, add the yogurt, 2 eggs, melted, slightly cooled butter and salt. Then knead the dough until it comes away from the edge of the bowl. The dough should be soft. Cover the dough bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place.
Next, for the filling, crumble the cheese and quark in a bowl, add the remaining eggs and mix everything well. Take a piece of the dough, roll it out into a round shape and cover it with some cheese filling. Seal the dough at the top edge like a bag, place it on the board and flatten it a little. Then roll out the cheese bread a little more.
