Red lenses

How to make flourless lentil bread
Step 1
Soak the peeled red lentils in water for at least 12 hours. You don’t need to cook them, just use the peeled ones, which you can easily find in the supermarket.

Drain them well and place them in a bowl, add olive oil, sesame seeds, yeast and salt.

Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Spread it well in a cake pan and smooth the surface well with a spatula.
