Ingredients :
For the lemon filling:
500 ml milk
100 g sugar
50 g cornstarch
1 lemon peel
100 ml lemon juice
Lady’s finger
milk
lemon jam (optional)
350 ml whipped cream
45 g powdered sugar
Preparation :
1. Lemon filling: Combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest and juice in a saucepan.
2. Cook on the stove until thickened.
