Ingredients:
For the base:
1 egg
50g sugar
50g flour
40 ml oil
3g yeast
Lemon peel
For the lemon mousse:
2 eggs
Juice of 2 lemons
50g sugar
Lemon peel
15g butter
1 sheet of gelatin (3 g)
200 ml unsweetened whipped cream
For the meringue:
150g sugar
50g water
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Base: Whisk eggs with sugar and lemon zest. Then add oil, flour and yeast.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 180° for 9 minutes.
