Lemon Brownies are my absolute favorite bar or dessert to make. They’re light and airy with that fresh lemon flavor that everyone loves! Add some lemon glaze on top and you won’t be able to make just one pan of these! They’ll be gone in no time at all!
Ingredients
3/4 C All Purpose flour
3/4 C sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter, soft
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon of Lemon juice
zest from 1/2 lemon (about 1t)
