Kubuś juice cake


Sponge cake:

80 g of flour
1 tablespoon of potato flour
130 g of sugar
4 eggs
pinch of salt

Kubuś mass:

700 ml Kubuś carrot/apple/orange juice
2 sugar-free cream puddings

Cream mass:

500 ml whipping cream 30%
3 heaped tablespoons of powdered sugar
60 ml of hot water
2 teaspoons of gelatin


100 g of milk chocolate


1. Beat the egg whites until stiff with salt. While still beating, gradually add sugar.

2. Then reduce the mixer speed and gradually add one yolk at a time.

3. In the next step, add wheat flour and potato flour to the mixture. Mix everything gently with a wooden spoon.

4. Transfer the prepared mass to a baking tray (24×24) lined with baking paper.

5. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake for 30 minutes until the stick is dry.

6. Set the baked sponge cake aside to cool.

7. Pour 500 ml of Kubuś juice into a pot and bring to a boil. Dissolve the pudding powders in the remaining 200 ml of juice and then pour them into a pot.

8. Cook everything over low heat, stirring constantly until a thick mass is obtained.
