How to make your own easy low carb and keto protein bars at home.
Ingredients
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
3 tbsp protein powder (I used this one)
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp granulated erythritol (Regular sugar also works)
optional 4 oz sugar free chocolate chips
optional add-ins of choice, such as chia seeds or hemp hearts
