Ingredients

  • 200 g puff peas
  • 200 g real butter
  • 750 ml of milk – 3 cups
  • 80 g of sugar-free pudding powder – 2 sachets
  • 4 medium-sized egg yolks
  • 150 g of powdered sugar – 5-6 heaping tablespoons
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar – 16 g
  • additionally: powdered sugar for dusting the karpatka
