INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line the muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients: stir together melted butter and sugar.
Crack the eggs and mix with the wet ingredients. Add vanilla, sour cream and milk.
Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
In a small bowl, dust the chocolate chips with a teaspoon of flour and fold in.
