JUICY CHOCOLATE ROLL IN 15 MINUTES

Ingredients:

– 5 eggs
– 5 spoons of powdered sugar
– 5 spoons of sharp flour
– 1-2 spoons of cocoa powder
For the filling:
– 250 ml of whipping cream
– 4 tablespoons of sugar
– cherries

Preparation:

Beat egg yolks with sugar until foamy, add egg whites and spoonfuls of flour mixed with cocoa powder. Pour the mixture into a large sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.

Remove, wrap with paper and cool. Beat the cream and mix in the sugar.
