Juicy cheesecake without a base like grandma’s

INGREDIENTS

300 g sugar
100 g butter
4 egg(s)
1 pack baking powder

 

1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
3 tbsp semolina
1 kg quark

Preparation:

1. First, beat sugar and butter until fluffy, and then eggs, baking powder , add vanilla sugar, pudding powder and semolina.
2. Now fold in the quark, then mix everything well and bake in a springform pan at 175 °C for about 70 minutes.
