Juicy and fluffy chocolate cake

Preparation of the cake

Before preparing this recipe, make sure you have all the ingredients on hand and follow the recipe exactly.

Step 1
In a bowl I put 5 eggs, 6 tablespoons of sugar and mix everything with a mixer.

Now I add 6 tablespoons of milk, 6 tablespoons of oil, 6 tablespoons of water and mix everything well.

I add 6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and mix again.

Finally, I add 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
Step 5
I will put the dough in a glass bowl and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Pour 250 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar into a saucepan, stir and bring to the boil.
Step 7
Once it starts to boil, turn off the heat and pour the syrup over the cake.
Step 8
Let the cake absorb the syrup for 20 minutes.
Preparation of the Cebertura:
Step 1
Here I have 300 grams of milk chocolate, I will do it in the microwave at 30 second intervals to melt the chocolate. It can also be melted in a bain-marie.
Step 2
I will add 200 grams of cream and stir until smooth.
Step 3
I will pour this syrup on the cake and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
And now our chocolate cake is ready to be served and enjoyed!
