Ingredients
For the cake:
– 100 g of sugar
– 60 g of powdered sugar
– 125 ml of oil
– 60-100 g of extra blueberry jam
– 90 g of wheat flour
– 90 g of wheat flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
– 45 g of cocoa
– 200 ml of yogurt
– 40 ml of milk
For the glaze:
– 25 g of butter
– 50 g of chocolate
– 3 tablespoons of sweet cream
Preparation:
Mix sugar, powdered sugar, oil and jam. Mix the flours, add baking powder, baking soda, vanilla sugar and cocoa. Mix the jam and oil mixture into the flour mixture, and then the yogurt that you mixed with the milk.
Mix everything well and pour into a greased oblong mold (26×12 cm). Bake the cake in an oven heated to 180°C for about 40 minutes. Melt the butter, chocolate and cream over low heat, then pour this glaze over the hot cake.
