IT TASTES DIVINE – EASY AND QUICK TO PREPARE

Ingredients

100 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
4 egg yolks
100 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Meringue
100 grams almond leaves
4 egg whites
180 grams sugar

Cake filling
5 dl vanilla cream
2.5 dl cream

preparation

Start by making the cake base.

Mix room temperature butter and sugar until a buttercream forms.

Stir in the egg yolks one at a time.

Sift flour, baking powder and powdered sugar.

Finally add milk and stir.

Line the baking pan with baking paper and spread the cake batter with the sauce. Set aside while the meringue is prepared.

Beat the egg whites together with the sugar to form a stiff meringue. Spread over the cake base and sprinkle the flaked almonds on top as shown.

Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Let the cake cool on a wire rack.
