Ingredients

5 egg(s)
80 g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
60 g flour

60 g cornstarch
100 g jam (apricot jam)
250 g chocolate
250 ml whipped cream

preparation

Mix egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Beat the 5 egg whites into snow and carefully fold them into the yolk mixture. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and mix into the mixture (but not too much).

Fill a hemispherical mold (you can also use it on a baking tray, you have to cut out the donuts with a round glass) with the mixture and bake at approx. 180° for 15 minutes. Then remove from the mold and let cool.
