Ingredients
springform pan (26 cm):
5 eggs
500 g Greek yogurt
50 g cornstarch
Preparation
First, grease the springform pan well and preheat the oven to 180 °C. Continue beating the eggs in a bowl until fluffy.
Then stir the Greek yogurt into the egg mixture.
Then add the cornstarch to the mixture through a sieve and mix until there are no lumps.
