Icelandic chocolate cake, EASY & PERFECT

Ingredients:

For the dough:
2 ½ cups wheat flour
2 cup/s sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk, or sour milk
½ cup margarine, melted
Water, hot, 1/3 cup
2 egg(s)
For the casting:
2 cup/s powdered sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla flavor
3 tbsp coffee, hot, or 6 tbsp hot water
Desiccated coconut

Preparation:

-The cup used as a measure holds approx. 160 ml.
1. Dough: Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the remaining ingredients. Then mix everything together (using a spoon is enough). Now put the mixture in a greased or baking-paper-lined form (35×26 cm) and then bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approx. 25-30 minutes.
