ICE ROLL WITH FOREST FRUITS

Ingredients:

6 egg whites
300 g sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Juice of half a lemon

Directions:

Beat the egg whites until foamy and gradually add the sugar. Beat until the sugar has dissolved. The meringue should be very firm. Then reduce the speed and add the cornstarch and lemon juice. Spread the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes. Take it out when it’s ready and let it cool well. Then place the top part on a kitchen towel and fill the roll. When you add your desired filling, carefully roll up the roll.
