Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:

200 g cream

300 g mascarpone

100 g sweetened condensed milk or milkmaid

1 packet of vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste

Chocolate chip cookies I baked a portion of my recipe here but you can also make others or use bought ones.

Preparation:

First, whip the cream and set it aside.

Then the mascarpone is mixed with the vanilla sugar or vanilla paste and the condensed milk until smooth.

The cream is then added to this cream and the whole thing can be filled into a piping bag.
