I only bake my curd cake like this, lazy women cake

Preparation:

To make the dough, mix all the dough ingredients together and knead into a shortcrust pastry. Then let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 50 minutes.
For the topping, mix the quark, eggs and sugar by hand in a mixing bowl. Mix the pudding powder, oil and sour cream together and add to the quark mixture.
After the resting time, roll out the shortcrust pastry and use it to line a greased 26 cm springform pan. Then put the curd mixture on top. The mixture will be very liquid when poured in, but will solidify later when baked.
Spread the tangerines over the curd mixture.
Bake the cake at 180°C for around 50 – 60 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool and cover it with the clear boiled cake icing.
