How to prepare wholemeal bread

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Do not overmix.

Spoon the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each pan about 2/3 full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the doughnuts are light golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the doughnuts are baking, prepare the cheesecake filling. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

When the doughnuts are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

When the donuts are completely cooled, fill each donut with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag fitted with a small tip.

For the strawberry glaze, stir together the powdered sugar, strawberry puree and vanilla extract until smooth. Dip the tops of the filled donuts into the glaze, letting any excess drip off.

Serve these strawberry cheesecake donuts fresh and enjoy the delicious combination of flavors in every bite!
