Ingredients for the preparation of a strawberry mirror cake

Base
300 grams of wheat flour
1 spoon of sugar
1 egg
100 grams of butter
1 pinch of salt
Cream
1 can of condensed milk
A can of whole milk
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 egg yolks
Lemon peel
300 grams of strawberries, halved
Cover
1 bag of strawberry-flavoured gelatin powder
Method
For the mixture
We start by mixing the sugar and butter in a container and crushing it with a fork. We add a pinch of salt and then add the egg and butter.
We mix all the ingredients without kneading too much until we get a soft and uniform dough. Next, we sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and spread the dough with a rolling pin until it reaches the size of the mold we are going to use.
