How to make Honey / Toffee Cookies

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the butter and sugar together.

  • Divide the dough into 3 parts.
  • Shape each part into a roll and place them on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
  • The cookies will spread during baking, so leave enough space between the rolls.

  • Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes (until golden).
  • Once out of the oven, immediately and carefully cut them diagonally while they are still warm.
  • Allow the cookies to cool down, and then enjoy your delicious homemade honey cookies.
