Homemade Yogurt Fruit Cake – A treat, a simple and delicious recipe in pictures

preparation:

First we will prepare the top. We separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with the mixer until a firm foam is obtained, then gradually add the sugar. Add the egg yolks, one by one, and continue mixing.
We sift wheat flour and potato flour, with baking powder and cocoa. Add the mixture to the bowl with the eggs. Pour the obtained dough into a square tray (24 x 24 cm) greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake the dough for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
While the dough is baking, prepare the syrup. We combine vodka with lemon essence, sugar and lemon juice. After the dough is baked, we impregnate it with this liquid. Put the lemon jelly in a bowl. Pour 1.5 cups of hot water over the jelly to dissolve it. Let the jelly cool down…
We mix the yogurts with the whipped cream powder and the cooled jelly. We pour the obtained cream over the cold counter. Slice the fruits and place them on top of the cream.
Soak the biscuits in milk and place them neatly on top of the fruit in the pan.
We put the butter, sugar and cocoa in a pot, on the fire. Dissolve all the ingredients and let the glaze cool. Then pour the glaze over the cake.
Grate the white chocolate through a grater. Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the cake.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It would be preferable to leave it in the refrigerator for a whole night. The next day we can cut it and serve it.
