Homemade pizza dough – quick and easy

Preparation:

Begin mixing the ingredients with a wooden spoon or spatula until the dough begins to come together.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.

Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Once the dough has increased in size, preheat your oven to the highest possible temperature (usually around 220-250 °C).
Turn the dough slightly to degas it, then place it on a floured surface. Stretch it with your hands or use a rolling pin to give it the desired shape.
Transfer the stretched dough to a floured baking sheet or pizza stone.
Add your favorite pizza toppings: tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, meat, etc.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is bubbling and melted.
Take the pizza out of the oven, let it cool slightly, cut it and enjoy!
Remember that this is a basic recipe and you can adapt it to your preferences by adding herbs, spices or other ingredients to the dough. Enjoy
