Ingredients
3 wafers
400 g soft butter
150 ml of milk
120 g of sugar
300 g milk powder (blue)
4 tablespoons of cocoa
100 g of dark chocolate
70 ml heavy cream
1 cup peanuts
Execution
Pour the milk into a pot, add sugar and put it on the gas. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely and set aside to cool.
Cream the soft butter until fluffy and light. While mixing at low speed, gradually add milk and sugar, alternating with powdered milk. Divide the prepared mass into two parts.
Add cocoa and chopped nuts to one mass and mix (set aside a handful of nuts for later to decorate the top).
Spread the nut mass on one wafer and cover it with the second wafer. Spread the light mass on it and cover it with another wafer.
