HOMEMADE LEMON ROLL: AN IRRESISTIBLE DESSERT YOU WILL REMEMBER

Ingredients 

– 4 eggs
– 80 grams of sugar
– a little baking powder
– 120 grams of flour
– salt

Ingredients 

– 1/2 bag of gelatin
– 250 grams of mascarpone cheese
– juice and grated lemon peel
– 40 grams of sugar

– 120 ml of cream
– powdered sugar
– lemon juice

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Beat the egg whites firmly, adding salt and 40 grams of sugar.

Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until foamy.

Mix flour and baking powder, then add everything to the beaten egg mass.

Transfer the well-beaten dough to a previously prepared mold lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Place the baked patišpanj on a cloth sprinkled with sugar and carefully remove the greaseproof paper.

Using a cloth, slowly roll up the still warm roll and soak it in gelatin.

Mix mascarpone with lemon juice, zest and sugar.
