Mix the honey, sugar, yeast and lukewarm milk in a bowl.
In another bowl, put the flour, making a well in the center.
Gradually add the milky mixture to the flour while stirring.
Add the softened butter cut into pieces and the salt. Knead to obtain a soft dough.
Cover with a clean cloth and let stand for 2 hours.
Divide into 6 equal balls, brush with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Let rise for 45 min.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake for 10 min, then reduce the temperature to 170°C for 5 min.
Remove, let cool, cut and serve!
