Here is my new creation: filled sweets .

These little treats live up to their names very well. Indeed, they are both sweet and delicious. They are filled with cream and spread. I assure you I felt like I was eating a cloud because they are so light and soft!

For the shape, I was inspired by Polish cupcakes. These little filled treats remind me of little shells. They are very elegant and make an impact on the table.

With this recipe, you can then make 20 little treats.

Sweets

3 eggs
80 g of sugar
60 g of flour
40 g of cornstarch
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 a little spread (or jam)

Whipped cream
150 g of whole liquid cream (30% fat)
130 g of mascarpone
2 tbsp of icing sugar
1 tsp liquid vanilla

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the whites until stiff.

Blanch the yolks with the sugar then add the sifted flour, cornstarch and yeast then mix.

Add the whipped whites to the dough in 3 batches and mix gently.
