Here is a simple recipe for a delicious cheesecake with strawberries:

Ingredients :

For the ground:
200 g biscuits (e.g. graham crackers or butter biscuits)
100 g melted butter
For the filling:
500 g cream cheese (room temperature)
200 g sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 ml sour cream or Greek yogurt
For the strawberry layer:
250 g fresh strawberries, washed and halved
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
For decoration:
Fresh strawberries
powdered sugar (optional)

Directions :

Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan oven). Lightly grease a 23cm springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper.
Pulse the cookies in a food processor or place them in a sealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin until finely ground. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the springform pan.
Bake the base in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and let it cool down.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream or Greek yogurt until well combined.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled cookie base in the springform pan.
