Heavenly strawberry cream slices with crispy egg white topping

Ingredients for the dough:

1 pack of vanilla sugar
6 egg yolks
4 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp milk
150 g icing sugar
225 g flour
180 g Butter
For the egg white topping:
200 g icing sugar
6 egg whites
For the strawberry cream:
3 tbsp strawberry jam
2 packs of cream stiffener
500 g fresh strawberries
500 ml whipped cream
1 pack of vanilla sugar
4 tbsp icing sugar

Preparation:

Preparing the dough: In a large bowl, beat the soft butter with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar until it reaches a creamy consistency. Gradually add the egg yolks and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it into the butter and egg yolk mixture alternately with the milk. Mix everything together to form a smooth dough.
