Heavenly cream slices with pudding cream


For the dough:

5 eggs

1 pack vanilla sugar

150g powdered sugar

200g flour

1 pack of baking powder

10 g cocoa powder

150ml water

150 ml oil

For the cream:

800 ml milk

2 packs of vanilla flavored pudding powder

100g sugar

3 packs of sour cream

1 pack ladyfingers

Jam to taste

Oil as needed

250 ml whipped cream

1 pack vanilla sugar


Separate eggs. Beat the egg white until stiff. Mix egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Mix cocoa powder, flour and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.

Then fold the flour mixture, snow and oil into the egg yolk mixture.

Pour the dough onto a greased and floured baking tray and put it in the oven. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes – always keep an eye on it.

For the cream, mix sugar with milk and add the pudding powder.

Cook into a thick pudding and let cool.
