Heavenly cream slices with pudding cream


For the dough:

5 eggs

1 pack vanilla sugar

150 g powdered sugar

200 g flour

1 pack baking powder

10 g cocoa powder

150 ml water

150 ml oil


For the cream:

800 ml milk

2 packs vanilla flavored pudding powder

100 g sugar

3 packs of sour cream

1 pack of ladyfingers

Jam to taste

Oil as required

250 ml whipping cream

1 pack of vanilla sugar


Separate the eggs. Beat the egg white until stiff. Mix egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Mix cocoa powder, flour and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.

Then fold the flour mixture, snow and oil into the egg yolk mixture.

Pour the dough onto a greased and floured baking tray and put it in the oven. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes – always keep an eye on it.

For the cream, mix sugar with milk and add the pudding powder.
