1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (or vegetable broth for a vegetarian/vegan version)
1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill (or to taste)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (or to taste)
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 pinch turmeric (optional but required if you want the bright yellow color in the picture)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp unsalted butter (optional, for serving)
