Grandma’s vanilla muffins, they’re gone so quickly!

Ingredients:

250 g flour
100 g sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
90 g butter
3 small tablespoons dry yeast
2 small tablespoons cinnamon
2 small tablespoons vanilla extract
1 small tablespoon salt

Preparation:

1. First heat the oven to 180 °C using top and bottom heat. Once this is done, prepare the ingredients. Start by placing all muffin cups on a baking sheet and set aside.
2. Sift the flour and sugar and put them in a bowl. mix everything.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg and add milk and butter. Mix. When everything is integrated, add the flour and sugar to this container and mix again. Add the tablespoon of salt, vanilla and cinnamon and stir again.
